By accessing, browsing or using the website or our applications (hereinafter "Site") and/or using the Service, you confirm that you have read through, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time, including the Service Fees and cancellation terms, in full.

Key Terms

Words and expressions used in the Terms of Use shall have the following meaning:

  • Escape Beyond – owner of the online platform escapebeyond.lv.
  • Site – escapebeyond.lv website or other used application.
  • Service – the online platform provided by Escape Beyond, including reservations and customer service.
  • Service Provider – a legal entity who owns the Room and has listed it in the platform.
  • Rooms – Escape Rooms listed by Service Providers and available for booking.
  • Total Fee – the total amount payable by the User for the Escape Room visit.
  • User – a registered or unregistered user who can book Rooms.

Booking a Room

Each Room listed in the platform is open for booking. Booking confirmations are sent to both the User and the Service Provider and include the Room details, date, time, participant information and cancellation information. We advise you to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the game starts.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Please read the cancellation policy carefully before submitting a booking. Escape Beyond reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of obvious errors or Force Majeure. No changes to any bookings are possible; cancellations may be possible depending on the policy of a specific booking.

Limitation of Liability

Escape Beyond will do its best to keep the Services safe, secure and functioning properly, but does not guarantee continuous operation. The use of the Services is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
